Spaghetti Leglio E'Olio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 to 6 qt. boiling water
    1 lb. spaghetti noodles
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute garlic in olive oil over low to medium heat, about 10 minutes.
    Do not brown.
    Cover and keep hot.
    Add salt to boiling water and cook noodles until tender.
    Drain, reserving 1/4 cup water.
    Stir reserved water into garlic mixture.
    Pour over spaghetti and toss.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
