Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
3/4 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
Add well beaten egg yolks; cook until thickened. Remove from heat, add vanilla and coconut.
Cool.
Pour in baked pie shell.
