Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake in an iron skillet or 9 1/2 x 12-inch baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
If you use a glass dish, lower oven to 325\u00b0.
I use a tablespoon or so of pimento to add color.
