Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Then add to egg mixture.
    Fold in carrots, nuts, raisins and flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
