Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 c. flour (plain)
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix by hand.
Bake in 3 large 9-inch layers at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
