Chicken In Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/8 c. honey
1/8 c. prepared mustard
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 pieces frying chicken

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine honey, mustard and lemon juice. Butter bottom of 9 x 9-inch square pan.
Add chicken.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with honey mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Turn and bake 30 minutes more.
