No Bake Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt margarine.
    Stir in crumbs and sugar. Press firmly on bottom of 8 or 9-inch square pan.
    Chill.
    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Mix in sweetened condensed milk.
    Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Chill 4 hours.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve plain or with fruit on top.
    Makes 9 to 12 servings.
