Easy Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked rice
    2 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled
    1 (16 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    4 strips raw bacon
Preparation
    Combine rice, shrimp, onion, pepper and dressing in a 2 to 3-quart casserole dish.
    Top casserole with raw bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
