Sauteed Zucchini And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, onions and zucchini in vinegar in a nonstick skillet until just crisp-tender.
    Stir in remaining
    ingredients and remove from heat.
    Makes 4 servings.
