Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 slices bread, crumbled
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (generous)
1/8 tsp. red pepper or to taste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (scant)
1 egg
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients together.
Add 1 pound (2 cups) crab meat (back fin best).
Best if made at least 2 hours before cooking.
