Biscadeder'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sausage patties, fully cooked and diced
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix flour and shortening until it gets crumbly.
    Blend milk into flour mixture with fork.
    Put sausage in mixture and continue to blend with a fork.
    Add more flour if it is too sticky.
    Knead it and roll it out into a flat 1/2-inch thick sheet.
    Cut or roll.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Makes 14 rolls.
