Chicken With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    3 to 4 slices bacon
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Arrange chicken skin side up in large dish; top with one piece bacon and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Spoon off fat.
    Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour and salt until smooth. Gradually stir in milk and cook (while stirring) until mixture thickens.
    Gradually add both cheeses to the mixture and spoon over chicken.
    Broil several minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serves 3 to 4.
