Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Generously butter a casserole dish.
    Mix the soup with about 1/2 to 3/4 can of water.
    Heat to almost boiling.
    Add to potatoes in a casserole dish.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in oven or microwave until tender.
    Remove from oven and top with bacon bits, if desired.
