Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    3 (12 oz.) pkg. spinach, cooked
    1/3 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff.
    Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, then fold them in carefully.
    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Can be made the day before and refrigerated.
    If you do this, take it out an hour before you want to bake it.
