California Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. thinly sliced carrots
2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 Tbsp. butter
3 to 4 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook and stir carrots and celery in butter and water until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in sugar and lemon juice.
