Col. Sanders Style Chicken Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour (self-rising)
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 pkg. dry Lipton tomato Cup-a-Soup
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
1/4 lb. butter or margarine

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Coat chicken in dry mixture.
Place chicken in baking dish and drizzle with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
You can also use this coating for pan-frying the chicken.
