Penuche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar and milk together and cook until it forms a soft ball in water.
    Remove from stove and add a piece of butter the size of a walnut.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir in nuts and pour out on a greased platter to cool.
    Cut into squares.
