Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    1 can water
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (6 oz.) bag small egg noodles
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced pimento
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook egg noodles according to directions on bag and drain. Saute onions, green peppers and celery.
    Stir together tuna, pimentos, tomatoes, mushrooms, soup and water until blended well. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and casserole is hot.
