Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded raw carrots
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. raisins
1 to 2 apples, peeled and diced
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine carrots, raisins, nuts and apples; pour lemon juice over and stir.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Then mix sour cream and mayonnaise and mix together.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
