Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    catfish
    oil
    flour
    corn meal
    salt and pepper to taste
    seasoned salt (optional)
Preparation
    Pour oil into a deep, large skillet.
    Get it hot.
    Check oil by putting a pinch of flour in the oil.
    If it sizzles, it's ready. Mix flour, corn meal and salt and pepper together.
    I use equal amounts.
    Dip fish in mixture.
    Place in hot oil.
    Turn when the fish is light brown, then brown the other side.
    Take out and drain on paper towel.
    Eat while hot.
