Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 c. salted peanuts
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Use a 1 1/2-quart Pyrex dish.
    Mix sugar and syrup; cook on High for 4 minutes.
    Stir in peanuts and cook for 4 minutes and 15 seconds.
    Stir in margarine and vanilla and cook for 1 minute. Add baking soda and stir to mix (this will foam).
    Quickly pour onto buttered cookie sheet as thin as possible.
    Cool and break apart.
