Taco Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut fine
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation

In skillet, brown ground beef and drain fat.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and dry mustard.
Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer uncovered until thickened (15 to 20 minutes).
Spoon meat mixture onto toasted buns.
Sprinkle each burger with lettuce and cheese.
Can add sliced or chopped tomatoes.
