Soft As A Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. half and half
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix sour cream and half and half; add to flour mixture.
Stir with a fork until moistened. Turn out on floured surface; knead 4 to 5 times.
Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness and cut.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
