German Style Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. all-purpose or mashing potatoes
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. flour
    1 c. toasted bread cubes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins; cool, then remove skins.
    Potatoes are then riced into a large pot, lined with a towel to absorb the moisture.
    Allow to stand, covered with another cloth, overnight.
