El-Paso Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 lb. ground beef
    8 slices hot pepper cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chunky salsa
Preparation
    Chop onion and green peppers finely with food chopper.
    Add with taco seasoning.
    Mix with meat.
    Divide meat into 8 equal pieces and form patties.
    Grill or fry.
    Top with a slice of cheese, sour cream and salsa.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
