Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    3 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Salt chicken lightly.
    Dip each piece into oil, then roll in cracker crumbs.
    Place on a baking sheet; do not let pieces touch. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven about 30 to 45 minutes until tender and brown.
