Shrimp Or Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails or 1 lb. shrimp
    1 stick butter
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    12 oz. pkg. fettucini noodles, cooked and drained
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1/2 lb. jalapeno cheese
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Saute vegetables for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Add garlic and seafood. Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add flour, half and half and cheese; stir frequently.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add cooked noodles.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
