Squash Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    6 carrots, sliced
    1/4 cabbage
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    water
    2 Tbsp. oleo or vegetable oil
    2 Ortega, diced
    6 squash (yellow) or zucchini
    1 cube chicken
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In
    large
    skillet
    put oleo or oil. Add onion; saute 3 minutes.
    Add
    Ortega
    and carrots; simmer 8 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup water, squash, cabbage and tomato; simmer 10 minutes.
    Add water as needed.
