Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lime juice
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Beat 4 egg yolks.
Add milk and lime juice until thick.
Beat 1 egg white until stiff, then fold into mixture.
Pour into baked pie shell.
