Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
6 eggs
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. ground hazelnuts
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Frangelico
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. Frangelico (used in cream)
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Butter and flour a 10-inch spring-form pan.
Melt butter and chocolate chips in a double boiler.
Separate eggs.
Beat yolks until thick.
Slowly add 1/2 cup sugar.
Stir in nuts, Frangelico, vanilla and melted chocolate.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until they form soft peaks.
Slowly add 1/2 cup sugar. Beat until stiff.
