Artichoke Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 3/4 oz.) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. thyme
paprika for garnish
Preparation

May be refrigerated up to 8 hours prior to serving.
Freezes well.
Allow 5 minutes extra cooking time if it has been chilled.
