Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
12 oz. tomato paste
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 lb. Mozzarella shredded cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 minced garlic bulb
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 c. hot water
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked
6 American cheese slices
Preparation

Fry hamburger until crumbly; add garlic, onion and celery. Cook until tender.
Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings. Blend well; cover and simmer 50 minutes.
Drain off grease. Arrange alternately noodles, cheese and sauce using a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
