Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (14 oz.) caramel kisses
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake by directions on box using half the batter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Melt in saucepan, caramels, butter and milk.
    Pour over cake.
    Spread the chocolate chips and pecans on top of this.
    Pour the remaining cake batter over this and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
