Ingredients

1 pie crust
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz.) sliced pepperoni, if desired
1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (16 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for a filled, one-crust pie, using 9-inch pie pan or 9-inch quiche pan. Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Layer Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese in pie crust lined pan.
Top with pepperoni and mushrooms.
