Swedish Fruit Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dried prunes
1 c. raisins
1 c. dried apricots
1 c. sliced apples
1 c. canned pitted red sour cherries
1/2 c. quick Minute tapioca
1 c. grape juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine fruit, tapioca and grape juice in a crock-pot.
Add enough water to cover (about 3 cups).
Cover and cook on low setting for 8 or 10 hours.
Before serving, stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve warm or cold as a soup or dessert.
Makes 10 to 12 servings (about 2 1/2 quarts).
