Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
    9 oz. carton whipped topping
    1/2 c. milk
    1 graham cracker crust
    1 Tbsp. brandy extract (optional)
Preparation
    Blend first five ingredients together until smooth.
    Pour into a baked graham cracker crust.
    Freeze at least two hours before cutting.
    Wrap and store in freezer.
    To serve, you may sprinkle some chopped nuts on top if desired.
