Banana-Praline Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/3 c. broken pecans
    3 small ripe bananas, mashed
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. baking mix (Bisquick)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, sour cream and the pecans and set aside.
    To the bananas, add egg, sugar and oil. Stir until well blended.
    Add Bisquick, stirring just until moistened.
