Mocha-Almond Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place chocolates, margarine or butter and instant coffee in a large, microwave-safe bowl.
    Cook on High (100% power) for 2 minutes, until margarine is melted.
    Remove from oven; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
    Stir in sugar and corn syrup.
    Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Pour into pie shell; sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from the center comes out clean.
    Cool on rack.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
