Golden Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Quarter potatoes and cut in small chunks.
    Moisten with water. Mix cheese, salt, pepper and flour in a paper sack.
    Drop potatoes into sack and shake to coat.
    Pout coated potatoes in shallow baking pan.
    Melt butter and drizzle over potatoes.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0, turning once after 30 minutes.
