Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 egg
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 1/2 c. flour, divided
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl (use mixer).
    Beat in egg.
    Mix yeast and 2 cups flour separately.
    Add separate mix to liquid and beat with mixer until smooth.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour (or enough for a very soft dough).
    Cover bowl with towel and let rise for about 30 minutes or until doubled.
    Punch down and place in well-greased muffin pan.
    Let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
