Hot Panini Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sun dried tomatoes
    water
    Foccaio bread
    fresh basil
    olive oil
    chicken breast, thinly sliced
    Fontina cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In food processor, mix 1 part sun dried tomatoes and 1/4 part water until pasty.
    Cut Foccaio bread into 4 x 4-inch squares and slice so that you have two 4 x 4-inch sides of bread.
    Lightly brush bread with olive oil.
    Spread tomato mixture on the bottom side of bread.
    Place 2 ounces of chicken breast on top of tomato mixture.
    Put 2 leaves of fresh basil on chicken, broken into small pieces.
    Put 1 ounce of cheese on top of basil and chicken.
    Cover with top slice of bread.
    Grill or bake until cheese is melted.
