Mushrooms-Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spinach
    1 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash spinach; cook in small amount of water 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well.
    Wash and pat dry mushrooms.
    Slice and saute mushrooms in butter.
    Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat sauce, stirring until smooth and cheese is melted.
    Layer spinach, mushrooms and sauce in greased 1-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
