Feta Veggie Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rotini
    3 oz. sun dried tomatoes (dry)
    2 1/2 c. broccoli, chopped
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    4 gloves chopped garlic or to taste
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. parsley
    10 oz. Feta cheese
Preparation
    Soak sun dried tomatoes in warm water for 30 minutes.
    Cook rotini as directed (al dente).
    Cook chopped broccoli in microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Add red pepper and chopped sun dried tomatoes to broccoli.
    Cook 1 minute in microwave.
    Saute chopped garlic in oil until hot.
    Add vegetables, chopped Feta cheese and garlic and oil to rotini.
    Cover with parsley and serve.
