Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. light corn oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    1 c. low-fat butter
    milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix in large mixing bowl with mixer on high.
    Mix for 4 to 5 minutes or until smooth.
    Line muffin pan with bake cups.
    Pour batter in bake cups (2-inches).
    Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
