Sunday Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 carrots, diced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3/4 c. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1 qt. chicken broth
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. pimento
    1 fryer, cooked and diced
    parsley to taste
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients in 1/4 cup butter.
    Add flour and cook 2 minutes.
    Heat milk and
    broth to boiling.
    Slowly add vegetables.
    Stir constantly.
    Add rice, pimento, chicken and parsley.
    Simmer until thick.
