Reuben Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream, softened
12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
15 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
8 oz. corned beef, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and warm on Medium power in microwave until cheese melts (not too hot; do it slowly).
Serve with rye crackers or pumpernickel bread.
