Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. powdered milk
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs or bran flakes
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Spray 2 loaf pans with Pam. Divide mixture between pans.
    Top with catsup or barbecue sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
