Chicken Breast Veronique - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
pinch of nutmeg
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. seedless green grapes
Preparation
-
Remove skin from chicken breasts and cut them in half. Combine cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, tarragon and nutmeg.
Coat chicken in mixture.
