Apricot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. baking cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/3 c. apricots
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add apricots.
    Mix in shortening, walnuts and raisins.
    Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn oven down to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes more.
    Remove from oven and cool.
