Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. meal
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 jalapenos
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together except cheese. Pour half batter in greased baking dish. Add half cheese. Add remaining batter. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
